My Approach
“I am professional, but always approachable. I have not always followed the traditional path of a psychologist and believe in the value of colouring outside of the lines, living life fully, and with authenticity. I believe that the days of the stoic, intimidating therapist or coach are long gone. Psychologists, coaches, and therapists are human too, and meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and met as equals. My aim is to break down the barriers that prevent people from accessing support, and to motivate and empower them towards a better future”
